Ludwika Pilch Portfolio

Welcome to my portfolio
Thank you for visiting my creative space! Here, I would like to share my passion for design, as well as display my skills and achievements. Enjoy!

I strive to be better every day. I am ambitious and I put my whole heart in doing what I love. I moved to Tampere to pursue my dream of studying Human-Technology Interaction and becoming an expert in biomimetic robotics, which I believe to be the future of technological progress, since it has great possibilities for animal research and nature exploration.
I put my creativity into graphic design, as well as in user experience and interface design, which is my passion and brings me joy. I try to balance my aesthetic sense with strong empathy to create practical and visually appealing
experiences for potential users.
Education
2023-present
Master in Human-Technology Interaction
Tampere University, Finland
During my studies I have gained deep understanding of user needs and mastered my design skills. I have experience in prototyping and team work in product development.
I am currently in the beginning phase of writing my master's thesis on animal-robot interaction.
2020-2023
Bachelor in Cognitive Science
Pedagogical University of Kraków, Poland
I had an opportunity to study neuroscience, psychology, linguistics, philosophy, programming, computing, animal cognition and more, which influenced my interdisciplinary perspective on users and technology. I wrote an analytical research paper on robot-rat interaction for my thesis.
More About Me
I am an optimistic person, full of ideas. I am very creative and like to spend my time drawing, painting and building Lego houses. I am good at creating a comfortable atmosphere and I like to think that it transfers to my designs, both as an UX/UI designer and an artist. I am a very sensitive and empathetic being, which makes me a good team player. Throughout my experience as Vice President of Talent Management in an international, not-for-profit, youth organization - AIESEC, I have learned a lot about leadership and sustainability. Since then, one of my greatest joy is to work towards improving other people's lives, whether it is through my designs, a helpful hand or a quick smile.
I am a proud owner of a neurodiverse dog Pogo and a three legged cat named Kardamon. My love for animals drives me towards continuous research of animal-robot interaction, which I believe to be a technological way for improving animal's lives and learning more about them.
